My Fantasy Dream

My fantasy is to be in a cabin in the mountain, maybe in the jungle.

Who in the world will have a fantasy dream? First of all, although it is a dream, it has not yet been fulfilled. But of course the desire is for it to be a reality. Your dream can be formed as a fantasy and be destined to remain a fantasy.

My fantasy is to be in a cabin in the mountain, maybe in the jungle. I want to be with my Compai (a childhood friend). Since I haven’t seen him in centuries, I don’t know how he is. Will it be healthy? Will he look young and active like me? And what about his spiritual life? In my fantasy he is just like me and we are going to spend a memorable time in the cabin.

My peaceful cabin

The jungle environment is misty, somewhat humid, there are all kinds of creatures and some are not friendly at all. But the cabin is another story. Although damp and cold on the outside, the inside is bright, warm, inviting and very cozy. That cabin is so well cared for that you will not find anything that does not belong to it. the fire in the fireplace is for me like a limitless canvas to paint the profound story of the love of the Lord Jesus Christ.

On second thought, that cabin may be a metamorphosis of the saved soul. The world is like a jungle full of fears and anxieties. But when you receive Christ as your Savior, you live safe and secure as in that cabin. Jesus is the Christmas gift for a life full of peace, even in the storm.

When a person refuses the gift of eternal life, his dream is formed as a fantasy and is doomed to remain a fantasy.

I cordially invite you to my cabin .

I cordially invite you to this impressive and beautiful cabin. The key is in your mouth. Please say: “Dear Lord, open my heart to understand how much I need you. Allow me to enter to live in the cabin of love, contentment and rest. please forgive my sins. I receive the gift of eternal life, Jesus Christ. Amen!”

The Essence of Freedom

Choices are driven by inclinations and disposition.

The essence of freedom is to choose according to our strongest inclination we have at the moment.

According to Jonathan Edwards, a philosophical theologian, the mind is the faculty of thinking and the will is the faculty of choosing.

According to him all choices are caused by something and in the final analysis, it is inclination. Choices are driven by inclinations and disposition. The choice is what we deem to be pleased to us. If I have a physical crave to eat, I am conscious that my mind is making a judgment of what is good for me.

Conflict of Desires

you make your choice according to your strongest inclination.

If the doctor says I should lose thirty pounds for my health. I agree, it is the right thing to do and I am all for it.

Imagine you have finished enjoying a Thanksgiving Dinner and your stomach is full and you have no desire to eat. And since we have a natural ability to make choice, this is a brilliant moment to exercise that ability.

But, what happen in six hours later? The conflict of physical desires will manifest. You’re craving for food and at this moment your strongest inclination is for food. Then you make your choice according to your strongest inclination.

We are Volitional Creatures

When we are born, our spirit is dead to God, but His grace steps in …

God created us with natural ability, moral ability, free will and freedom.

The graciousness of God’s grace is beyond explanation and it is by grace that we are saved, by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

The real person is a spirit, has a soul (mind, will, feelings, emotions), and lives in a body which houses the total person. When we are born, our spirit is dead to God, but His grace steps in …

“But God’s mercy is so abundant, and his love for us is so great, that while we were spiritually dead in our disobedience he brought us to life with Christ. It is by God’s grace that you have been saved.” (Ephesians 2:4-5 GNT).

With the will we have the natural ability to make choice and if you’re reading this article, God Almighty is extending a loving invitation to you:

“Why spend your money on food that does not give you strength? Why pay for food that does you no good? Listen to me, and you will eat what is good. You will enjoy the finest food.” (Isaiah 55:2 NLT).

A Wonderful Time to Talk to God

You can accept this gracious invitation by praying:

“I acknowledge that I am a sinner, I believe the Lord Jesus Christ is the Son of God. I believe He died for my sins and He raised from the dead to justify me. I receive the Lord Jesus as my Savior. Thank you, Father God. Amen.”
