“When they came to Reuel their father, he said, “Why is it you have come back so soon today?”” Exodus 2:18
Father, thank you for the Reuel that you have preserved for me. I flee from Pharaoh, but I am not forsaken. A persistent knowledge of your faithfulness fills the smallest crevices of my soul and strengthens me.
I am not afraid! In my escapes I see small helps like the sick to pray, which at the same time are the path that leads me to Reuel. I will not be stranded, in my wilderness I can magnify Your name! As I do so, Your mercy transports me to a safe harbor.
Thanks for Reuel. In his domain there is sufficient provision available for me, for such a time as this. Thank you Omnipresent Father!
What can be more exciting than constantly renewing yourself?
Each Biblical passage is an invitation to renewal.
Some undergo painful and expensive surgeries to renew their body and in the end, the part they renewed returns to what it was originally.
And they need more surgeries and it becomes a vicious cycle. It’s painful and expensive! Not so the biblical renewal. It is a free process that just needs practice.
So that my readers can understand what I mean, I will share with you how I renew my mind to have a healthy body.
I use many different Bible passages, but Luke 17:6 captivated me and I had to paint it. And it works so fast that sometimes it surprises me.
“… If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it will obey you.” (Luke 17:6 NIV).
As we mature, our body undergoes different changes. There are strange and unknown sounds, like when you walk you hear and feel things in your bones, cartilage, muscles, etc.
As my mind is renewed to believe what the Word of God says, as soon as I feel any sign of pain, I order it to be uprooted from my body and planted in the sea.
I do everything in the name of Jesus and I see results immediately. I have come to see the illness as an entity and that is how I speak to it.
Every day is a new exciting adventure with the Lord!
I am not a slave to fear, I am a slave to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! I am not a slave to debt, I am a slave to freedom in the riches of the glory of Christ!
I am not a slave to illness, I am a slave to the health that my Lord pours out of His wounds.
I am not a slave to worry, I am a slave to the restorative rest of my Savior!
The Love and faithfulness of Jesus Christ controls every part of my being and every aspect of my life!
I am free from everything that binds! And I am a slave to the goodness of the Lord! And this is my story!
