A Poem to a Sister
When Morning Sky Turns Gray
Diana
When morning sky turns grey
And a failed world closes in
Hard around my struggling self,
In tormented anguish, I turn to you.
When my world is bathed in strife
And I feel all but conquered in life
Despite how much I have tried and lost
In humble anticipation, I turn to you.
When twilight fades at day’s end
And there’s no sane place in my world
You make the difference being there
For I know how much you care.
For my youngest sister whose prayers and love
Have always been there For me…

This is my Story! What’s Your?
I Found It!
I found a hidden treasure that cures all diseases and solves all problems. I live in constant amazement like a little child making wonderful discoveries. I found the solution for all my difficulties and problems. No ailment can assail me because I found the cure. No circumstance can stand in my way, I found the solution!
It may sound arrogant in my finding, but it’s quite the opposite. You can also find it. I share this blessing with humility and great respect for the reader. Everything we see in creation was made by the Word of God. And He created man and gave him the power to give life or death through the word.
“The tongue can bring death or life; those who love to talk will reap the consequences.” (Proverbs 18:21 NLT).
The wonderful hidden treasure that I found is in the Book of Luke, chapter 17, verse 6.
“The Lord answered, “If you had faith as big as a mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, ‘Pull yourself up by the roots and plant yourself in the sea!’ and it would obey you.” (Luke 17:6 GNT).
Awe at the magnificent Word of God
Today, still in bed sometime about 3:00 AM and for the entire time, until 5:00 AM, I was meditating on how effective Your Word is. It does not cease to amaze me each time I declare Luke 17:6 in any situation. I am amazed at how quickly I see the problem slipping away.
Thanks to the Living Word of God, I am in perfect health. I am 75 years old and there is no type of medication in my house. Just by speaking the Word of God, the disease goes away and any other problem vanishes.
You can do the same, start reading the Bible and visit a church where you can learn. If you do not have the joy of knowing the Lord, you can do it right now. Tell Him:
“Lord Jesus, come into my heart, I receive you as my only Savior, forgive my sin and write my name in the book of life. Thank you for giving me eternal life. Amen!”
This is my Story! What’s yours?

I cannot Be Anxious, But Grateful
I’m reading the Book of Lamentations and my soul is well established. I am gravitating in solid atmosphere of peace and sweet tranquility.
Last year this very day at 10:40 AM, I read this third chapter, when I got to verse 24 I burst into unbearable groans for ODP.
“I say to myself, “The Lord is my inheritance; therefore, I will hope in him!” ( Lamentations 3:24 NLT).
If I am not mistaken, our condition is worse now than then, less people and very bad finances. But there is a lioness inside my soul with her eyes fixed on her Conquering King without fearing anything!
I shall not be moved, my hope is fed by the river that flows from the throne of God. The river that never runs dry! I’m on my feet, ready to leap over the mountains and bounding over the hills! I am strong because the faith of Christ is operating His work in and through me! I have my mind on things above where my Beloved Savior is! Therefore, I can’t be anxious!
“Think about the things of heaven, not the things of earth.” (Colossians 3:2 NLT).
