Sublime Transcendence

“Yours, O Lord, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty. Everything in the heavens and on earth is yours, O Lord, and this is your kingdom. We adore you as the one who is over all things.” (1 Chronicles 29:11 NLT)

How majestic is God’s creation!

I can’t get enough of this gem (1 Chronicles 29:11) and owe it to myself to write my thoughts! I must do it because the Word of God fills all the crevices in my soul and strengthens me.

To transcend means to go above, to rise above, to be above. Knowing that God is both Transcendent and Omnipresent removes all fear and worry from me.

I seek solace and find sweet comfort in my intimacy with the Lord. Being at His feet is a sublime transcendence.

The Word of God is the oasis where my soul solaces!

For quite some time I have been traveling through a seemingly endless labyrinth. It seems that there is no road in this season and the crossing is quite difficult.

Sometimes when I go to bed I wish it was morning and vice versa, in the morning I wish it was night. But, the Word of God is my sure anchor to stabilize the ship of my life. And it keeps me afloat until it’s all over.

“It is good that a man should wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord.”
(Lamentations 3:26 MEV)

In my affliction, the knowledge of the sublime transcendence of God, appeases my soul. Because He can be here with us, in us, prevailing over all things, but at the same time transcending all things.

Apostle Paul stated this way: “one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.” (Ephesians 4:6 MEV)

God, the great I AM, is transcendent to rise above all creation! And He sees me through the whole valley of the shadow of death. And he leads me to still waters. Why should my heart feel lonely, having the great God within me?

“I will not leave you fatherless. I will come to you.” (John 14:18 MEV).

Yours, O Lord, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty. Everything in the heavens and on earth is yours, O Lord, and this is your kingdom. We adore you as the one who is over all things.” (1 Chronicles 29:11 NLT).

This is my Story ! What’s Yours?
