Life After Death

“And I tell you, make friends for yourselves by how you use worldly wealth, so that when it runs out you will be welcomed into the eternal homes.” (Luke 16:9 NET).

The Lord is giving us a big hint about our Heavenly reception. He is saying that if you use your resources to win souls, you make friends, so when you die they will welcome you back in heaven.

This implies that there are no dead in heaven. And the Lord was very clear and direct about this in Luke 20:38

“For He is not the God of the dead, but of the living. For to Him all live.”

So we have established that there are no dead in heaven. So what do the living do in heaven? Again, the Lord was very clear in His parables about the kingdom of heaven.

To my understanding, the clearest way to know life after this is, Luke 23:43

“Jesus said to him, “Truly, I tell you, today you will be with Me in Paradise.”

Then it is clear that our destination immediately after this life is Paradise. And you don’t have to be a theologian to know how Adam and Eve lived.

Two things will not be in this new Paradise that Jesus liberated for us, it will not be procreation and no tree of good and evil.

Our earthly life is just a rehearsal of our heavenly life!

I believe that our earthly life is a rehearsal of our eternal life. Each of us is born with a purpose from God instilled in us. And conscious or unconscious we are good at it. But, since we are in a fallen world, we encounter many difficulties.

But, it is not so in the new Paradise, nothing has fallen there. Everything is holy, there is no place for evil. There is no resistance, there are no thorns, thistles or sweat. If you are now a cook, gardener or whatever, you have struggles to do it, but there it will be effortless, perfect and excellent!

“No unclean thing shall ever enter it, nor shall anyone who commits abomination or falsehood, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.” (Rev.21:27 MEV).

Our loved ones are active, working under the rule of King Jesus. They have the perfect life that Adam and Eve had before the Fall. They are not little clouds floating, they are the same people as you knew them, but with a perfect body.

No shortage of food in heaven!

Our loved ones eat in heaven, some have to cook! And the Lord confirms it…

“I say to you, I will not drink of this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it new with you in My Father’s kingdom.” (Matt.26:29MEV).

The most anticipated event in heaven is the marriage supper of the Lamb!

“Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.” And he said to me, “These are the true sayings of God.” (Revelation 19:9 MEV).

If your name is not written in His book, then you will not be invited. The good news is, right now, you can ask him to write it down!

Repeat this from your heart, “I acknowledge that I am a sinner and the Lord Jesus is my only hope. I receive Jesus as my Savior, please write my name in your book of life. And teach me to know you. Thanks you Father. Amen.

No Painful Memory in Heaven

1997 My Mom and l!

After my firstborn died in 1991, I did a lot of research on Heaven and Paradise.

Because I am a thinker, I have developed a mind that remembers.

One morning, before I woke up, I was having a dream so vivid that it seemed like real life. I was moved by so many details and in the dream I thought that I would never forget what I was experiencing.

But the alarm woke me up and to my terrifying amazement, faster than the speed of light, the memory of the dream faded. I was bewildered and hurt that my mind betrayed me so cruelly. But it wasn’t a betrayal, it was an object lesson that the Lord was using to give me an amazing insight.

No more afflictions!

The Lord told me what happens when a child of His is taken to Paradise. He told me, “You have a hard time trying to remember the dream and you can’t. It is erased from your conscious mind, no human effort will bring it back.

He went on to say: “You see one of my child suffering, writhing in pain. When he dies, in a blink of an eye, all the suffering is erased from him, for all eternity. And there is no more memory of suffering”.

Amazing Revelation!

“He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever.”” (Revelation 21:4 NLT).

A tribute to the memory of my mother

A Life Well Lived!

On a day like today, thirteen years ago, I kissed my mother goodbye, until we meet again. And today I want to honor her amazing life on this planet. A life well lived!

It was a sad and heartbreaking farewell, but never comparable to the resplendent and glorious welcome she received in her true home.

She is the he most generous and compassionate woman I’ve ever met. Space does not allow me to describe all her philanthropy and labor of love for those in need.

Different Seasons of her Life

She planted more than 28 churches in the US and in the Dominican Republic, schools, medical centers, a foundation, she provided work for many., etc.

When she went to Los Frailes II, it was a chaotic place, people were killing each other with machetes, the streets were of dirt with many holes, it was a dark and ugly place. She dealt with the government until they built streets, fixed electricity and so on. Today Los Frailes II is a beautiful and progressive community.

““There are many virtuous and capable women in the world, but you surpass them all!” Reward her for all she has done. Let her deeds publicly declare her praise.”(Proverbs 31:29, 31 NLT).

I praise God for Godly mother that taught me by modeling a Godly life!
